Re-using content is one of the most used features in Dezide. Now it’s easier than ever.
Nobody wants to write the same content more than once and in a knowledge base for troubleshooting, there is often a lot of generic content that is useable in many troubleshooting scenarios.
That’s why it has always been possible to include the content of an FAQ article inside the explanations to Dynamic Guides, Static Guides and even other FAQ articles in Dezide. However, it has never been easier than now.
Where it previously required special macro codes and manual ID management, the feature is now available through the content editor with a few clicks.
We believe it will save a lot of time for all the Dezide administrators out there.
