We are happy to announce that the Dezide Troubleshooter for Android is now live!
Following the successful release of the Dezide Troubleshooter for iOS, the same experience is now available for Android users. The app is designed for easy troubleshooting in offline environments, and the feedback we are getting from users is very positive. The app is simple to use; it doesn’t require any training for the technicians in the field.
Most of our customers are seeing technicians turn to their mobile devices for troubleshooting. The native Android app enables field service technicians to troubleshoot machines in offline environments where there is no internet connection.
The app automatically downloads new and updated content from the server when you are online. It also uploads usage data and user-generated feedback with images and videos online. Of course, the app only downloads the parts of the knowledge base that the user has permission to use.
Several customers have already deployed the app to the field, getting it in the hands of thousands of field service technicians.
Field service technicians are used to using all sorts of software to complete their job, but how do we make sure that a new piece of software that changes the way they work is adopted? How do we make sure that the new app does not become “just another app on my phone”?.
We work closely with our customers throughout the onboarding process. Having the Dezide troubleshooting solution available on both major app platforms makes sure that your team gets the best possible experience with Dezide and gets up and running quickly.
